New! HR advice and Strategic Support Sessions

Professional expertise for your organisation

From November 2021 we are beginning to roll out free online advice surgeries providing free HR advice to VCSE CEOs and Senior Managers. These sessions are for employers not employees. HR is delivered by Ashtons Hr

Consulting and MAD-HR.

And from February 2022 we introduce new bi-monthly online workshop for CEOs and Senior

Managers of Suffolk's charities, community groups and social enterprises to explore business, operational and strategic issues.These two hour interactive sessions are facilitated by three business professionals in a supportive peer environment.Through reflection, we gain a deeper understanding of the issues we face. This enables

us to manage change more effectively and meet the challenges we face. Watch this space for more information

Case Studies

Suffolk Refugee Support

Suffolk Refugee Support were taking on additional space due to their expanding services. Suffolk ProHelp put together a team of professionals - architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor - to provide the expertise to refurbish the space.

Emmaus

Emmaus needed to strengthen the social enterprise model by stimulating expansion securing additional premises to enable more vulnerable individuals to participate in work. With the legal support of Birketts the charity was able to secure two additional tenancies.

Jetty Lane

Jetty Lane is to be a new youth, community and arts centre for Woodbridge. Suffolk ProHelp have helped them benefit from the expertise of MHA Larking Gowen Chartered Accountants and Prettys Solicitors who have helped producing our first year accounts and negotiating a contract with funders.
