RINGSFIELD HALL
A innovative centre for outdoor learning and nature connection whose core aim to connect with oneself, others and the wide environment and whose core focus is young people and families. With 14.5 acres of woodland and meadow, with a homely Victorian house on site, thousands of children and young people come through their doors (and woods) every year. Their aim is to create an holistic ‘space’ for reconnection: physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
EMMAUS
Emmaus needed to strengthen the social enterprise model by stimulating expansion through securing an additional premises to enable more vulnerable individuals to participate in a work framework in their own locality.With the support of Birketts the charity was able to secure an assignment of two tenancies in Felixstowe. These sites are already open as a new retail outlet for the charity and offering volunteer opportunities to vulnerable adults based in Felixstowe.
QUAY THEATRE
The Quay Theatre is a Grade II listed building, built as a grain store in 1791. From 1981 it has been operating as an arts venue for the town of Sudbury and its surrounding towns and villages. They wanted to investigate how they could improve income potential around the building, and also offer the professional facilities that our users expect in a successful venue, they asked for help through Suffolk ProHelp who provided support through KLH architects and Castons Quantity Suveryors
SUFFOLK REFUGEE SUPPORT
Suffolk ProHelp provided multi-disciplinary support to help Suffolk Refugee Support refurbish a building to expand their services to meet the needs of Syrian refugees
